Serko today announced the signing of Ovation Travel Group as a Zeno reseller partner for North America.
The agreement brings Zeno’s user-friendly, consumer grade travel booking and expense platform to Ovation customers and continues to expand Serko’s presence in North America.
Ovation plans to offer Zeno, with its new nested booking detail, logic and fare capabilities, to clients of Ovation as well as Ovation’s sister company, Lawyers Travel.

Zeno’s new ‘intelligent nesting’ functionality provides flexibility, whereby program managers can create virtually unlimited levels of dynamic coding to help capture client and project references for accounting purposes.
New logic configuration options allow corporate clients using Zeno to select from multiple air search paths designed to align with a company’s corporate culture and travel program goals.
Zeno’s AI based recommendations which consider policy and preferred supplier preferences as well as traveler preference can be configured to a scale from most efficient for traveler through to best price or a balance of the two.
Finally, new faring capabilities allow Zeno to search and combine two one-way fares in addition to single airline roundtrip offerings in search of the absolute lowest available fare. The ability to mix and match outbound and inbound flights with different carriers also includes a ‘threshold’ monitor designed to give program managers the ability to set a dollar threshold providing the ultimate ability to control their air spend.

The reseller agreement is part of Serko’s TMC Community Program, which provides unique benefits to agencies that sign partnership agreements for Zeno, Serko’s next-generation travel booking and expense management tool, in 2020. The Community Program is designed to provide TMCs with a competitive advantage through accelerated on-boarding, deferred implementation fees and zero minimums until 2021, as well as significant referral commissions for Zeno Expense.
