You'll find Serko’s global headquarters in a fun and stylish converted heritage building in Parnell. This is where our core technology development and R&D teams are based, alongside our Global Services, Product Management and corporate functions. Local dress code: Kiwi casual - Zeno t-shirts and trainers. Local transport: Electric scooter.
Serko has two offices across China, in Xi’an and Foshan, which are key parts of our global, 24/7 support and development teams. There is a regular flow of people and knowledge between the China offices and Serko’s international bases to foster our global culture. Local office sport: Table Tennis. Local transport: A rather packed train.
Serko’s Minnesota office is our North American regional headquarters and the global home base for our Expense product. This is where our implementation, customer support and development teams come together for our partners and customers across the US and Canada markets. Local dress code: Button down shirt and jeans. Local transport: All shapes and sizes of car.
Within stone’s throw of Martin Place and close to public transport, Serko’s Sydney office is the Asia Pacific regional hub for our sales and partner development teams. This is also where you’ll find the Zeno Experience Centre, our customer engagement installation for getting partners and customers up to speed. Local dress code: Flip-flops and board shorts obviously. Local transport: Manly Ferry.
