Serko Limited today announced the launch of its integration of Amadeus NDC content and technology into its corporate travel and expense management platform, Zeno.
Starting today, travelers will be able to shop and book NDC airline offers from Amadeus including corporate-negotiated fares and personalized ancillary services within Zeno. Continued development through the end of the year will bring even greater flexibility and value, including the ability to combine NDC and EDIFACT fares in a single booking, and cancel NDC flight bookings prior to ticketing – set to go live in December 2025.
Personalization is a key factor in customer experience and loyalty, so the ability to offer highly relevant and tailored experiences to travelers is now more important than ever. The partnership between Amadeus and Serko delivers on this, enabling travelers to access enriched airline content specific to them their company via Amadeus’s NDC program, empowering them with greater choice, dynamic offers and improved servicing capabilities.

The Amadeus Travel Platform is currently live with 35 airlines providing NDC content, with additional airlines scheduled to join later in 2025 and beyond. For Serko’s Travel Management Company partners, as well as corporate and government customers, this integration provides an additional source for accessing NDC offers within Zeno, particularly relevant for the Australia and New Zealand market which is readying itself for the new Qantas Distribution Model that comes into effect on 1 July 2025.
