Dr. Sean Gourley to join Serko board as non-executive director

Serko (ASX & NZX: SKO) is pleased to announce the appointment of technology entrepreneur, Dr Sean Gourley as an independent non-executive director, effective 1 February 2024.

Dr Gourley has established and grown two ground-breaking Silicon Valley technology businesses. In 2015, he founded Primer, an AI and machine learning company with clients including Fortune 100 companies and large US government agencies. Dr. Gourley was Primer’s CEO from 2015 to 2023. Prior to founding Primer, he co-founded and was CTO at Quid, an AI-powered data visualization company.
