Serko (Ticker:SKO) to join S&P/NZX 50 Index

S&P Dow Jones Indices has announced the most recent changes to the S&P/NZX indices, and Serko Limited (NZX/ASX:SKO), is pleased to have been included in the following indices, effective at the
open of trading on 21 September 2020:
• S&P/NZX 50 & S&P/NZX 50 Portfolio Index
• S&P/NZX MidCap Index

 

The NZX 50 Index (NZ50) is the main stock market index in New Zealand. It comprises the 50 biggest stocks by free-float market capitalisation trading on the New Zealand Stock Market (NZSX). 

 

Commenting on Serko's inclusion in the NZX 50, CEO Darrin Grafton said;

The index is designed to measure the performance of the 50 largest, eligible stocks listed on the Main Board of the NZX by float-adjusted market capitalization. Representative, liquid, and investable, it is widely considered New Zealand’s preeminent benchmark index.
