1. The promoter is Serko Limited, with its registered address at Level 2, Unit 20, 125 The Strand, Parnell, 1010, New Zealand ("Serko"). The promotion is the "Win a WOW Experience" prize draw, run in connection with Serko’s partnership with World of WearableArt ("WOW"). Entering means the entrant accepts these terms.
2. Entry opens 9:00am NZST Friday 28 August 2026 and closes 5:00pm NZST Wednesday 9 September 2026. Entries outside that period are ineligible.
3. Entry is open to individuals aged eighteen or over who are legal residents of Australia or New Zealand at the time of entry. Employees, directors and contractors of Serko, WOW and Salience, together with their immediate families, are ineligible.
4. To enter, complete the form at https://serko-new-n4.webflow.io/events/win-a-wow-experience. Only entries submitted through this form are eligible. Each entrant may submit one entry only. If an entrant submits multiple entries, only the first valid entry will be retained.
5. The prize is return economy flights for the winner and one guest from their nearest major ANZ airport to Wellington, two nights accommodation in one twin or double room, and two tickets to a WOW 2026 performance. Total approximate value $3,000 NZD including GST. The winner is responsible for all other costs, including transfers, meals, insurance, additional accommodation and travel documentation.
6. Travel and the performance dates are selected by Serko subject to flight, accommodation and ticket availability. Bookings are arranged by Serko or its nominated travel provider.
7. The winner is drawn at random from all valid entries on Thursday 10 September 2026 using a randomised selection tool, with an independent witness present. Serko’s decision on all matters relating to the draw is final.
8. The winner will be contacted by email and phone by 2:00pm NZST on Thursday 10 September 2026 and announced that evening at the opening of Serko House, then on Serko’s LinkedIn page. Acceptance must be confirmed by 12:00pm NZST Friday 11 September 2026, failing which Serko may draw a replacement.
9. The prize is not transferable, not exchangeable and holds no cash value. Serko may substitute any element of the prize with an item of equal or greater value where circumstances beyond its control require it. The prize must be accepted ‘as is’. If the winner (and guest, if any) is unwilling to accept the prize or unable to redeem the prize for any reason (including failure to obtain the necessary travel and health documents or denial of entry by the New Zealand Customs Service or other authority), Serko will not provide compensation or a substitute prize. 
10. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to their name, organisation and image being used by Serko in communications about the promotion.
11. Personal information is held and used by Serko in accordance with its privacy policy at https://www.serko.com/legal/privacy-policy and the Privacy Act 2020, for the purpose of administering the promotion. Marketing communications are sent only where the entrant has separately opted in, and that consent can be withdrawn at any time.
12. The promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with LinkedIn. Entrants release LinkedIn from all liability in connection with the promotion. WOW supplies the show tickets and holds no responsibility for administering the promotion.
13. To the extent permitted by law, Serko accepts no liability for any loss, damage, injury or expense arising from participation or from acceptance or use of the prize. Nothing limits any right an entrant has under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, the Fair Trading Act 1986 or Australian Consumer Law. These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
