Stress-free Cancellation

Serko will provide “Stress-free Cancellation" by Hopper Inc. (HTS) at no additional cost for any new bookings made on Serko.ai during the closed beta period May 13 - September 30, 2026. Only registered closed beta users may participate. This offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Stress-free Cancellation does not cover "No-Shows" or cancellations made after the specified window and is subject at all times to HTS's terms and conditions, shown below, as displayed in your itinerary and prior to purchase. Serko reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice.

Stress-Free Cancellation Terms and Conditions: HTS Cancel For Any Reason™ for Serko.ai

Hopper Inc. and its affiliates (“HTS”), provides the Cancel For Any Reason™ service (“CFAR”) to customers in connection with certain bookings on Serko.ai purchased by users (“you”) through the Serko.ai websites and mobile web page (the “Site”) branded as Stress-free Cancellation.
 
CFAR is provided subject to and in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth below (the “CFAR Terms”), HTS’ general Terms of Service applicable to all HTS services, sites, and apps, and HTS’s Privacy Policy. By purchasing a booking with Stress-free cancellation, you agree to the CFAR Terms, HTS’s general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
 
Your booking and use of the Site are subject to Serko.ai Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy and any other applicable conditions of carriage or supplier terms.

1. How it works

If CFAR has been added to a booking through the Site, you may cancel that purchased booking within the time period specified to you at the time of purchase and stated in your itinerary and receive a full or partial refund, as provided in the below paragraphs. Neither documentation nor reason will be required in order to cancel. Using CFAR will result in a cancellation of the relevant portion of the booking as specified in the itinerary. After the timeframe specified in these CFAR Terms has passed, CFAR will expire and any changes or cancellations to your booking will be subject to the rules imposed by the relevant supplier.

2. Valid Cancellation

Except as provided in Sections 5 and 6, in order to be eligible for a refund from HTS, you must cancel your booking through the links provided in your itinerary or through the conversational prompt within Serko.ai within the timeframe specified to you at the time of purchase and stated in your itinerary.

3. Form and Amount of Refund

Upon a valid cancellation of your booking, HTS will refund to you the percentage of the cost of your purchased booking including any applicable taxes and fees, as specified to you at the time of purchase and stated in your confirmation email. CFAR does not entitle you to a full refund of all trip costs (including, for example other purchased add-ons such as trip insurance).

4. Getting Refunded

HTS will process your refund to your original form of payment that you used to purchase the booking that includes CFAR. The total refund may be paid partly by the relevant supplier and partly by HTS. If HTS is unsuccessful in processing a refund to your original form of payment, then HTS may utilize one of the following alternative payment services (each a “Third Party Payment Service”):

  1. HTS may utilize Hyperwallet payment services to deliver the refund to you. Such refund payment services are subject to the Hyperwallet Terms of Service and the Hyperwallet Privacy Policy. You may be required to create an account with Hyperwallet if you do not already have one, in order to receive your refund. The receiving bank account details that you provide for the purpose of refund must belong to the same original customer whose name is on the booking associated with CFAR and the booking.
  2. HTS may utilize Wise to facilitate the refund. These services are subject to the Wise Terms of Service and Wise Privacy Notice. Please note that these services are not supported if you are accessing them from a country that is not supported by Wise.

The Third Party Payment Services are services provided by third-parties not affiliated with Serko.ai or HTS. Third Party Payment Services may collect certain information from you and conduct compliance checks in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Your completion of these compliance checks and receipt of the refund will be subject to direct agreements between you and the applicable Third Party Payment Service, without further involvement from Serko.ai or HTS in the terms of such agreements. If you do not satisfy any of the compliance requirements, you will be required to directly contact Serko.ai (who is not ultimately responsible or liable for the refund process and/or its outcome), and you may ultimately not be entitled to any refund. Serko.ai and HTS shall not be liable if the Third Party Payment Service is unable to process payments due to any incorrect or incomplete information provided by you, sanctions, compliance restrictions, or geographic limitations. Refunded amounts will be processed within ten (10) business days of the request. By submitting your refund request, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions of the applicable Third Party Payment Service.

5. Modifications to Your Booking
  1. If your reservation has been modified at your request after booking resulting in an additional charge, CFAR will apply only to the original amount of the original reservation.
  2. If the dates of your booking are changed, then CFAR expires i) at the time of check-in for accommodation, or ii) 3 hours prior to check-in for flights, of the revised booking.
6. Exclusions

CFAR is not available to exercise, if after your purchase, any of the following occur:

  1. For accommodation:
    1. any voluntary cancellation or change requested by you directly with any supplier providing accommodation subject to CFAR; or
    2. cancellation of your purchased accommodation by the supplier for any reason, including as a result of a force majeure event;
  2. For a flight:
    1. any voluntary cancellation by you during the airline’s permitted void window;
    2. a cancellation of any flight by the airline for any reason, including as a result of a force majeure event; or
    3. any circumstance in which a major change by the airline, which entitles you to compensation from an airline under its conditions of carriage, for any flight or booking subject to CFAR.

In the circumstances described above, whether you are entitled to a refund of all or any portion of the amount you paid for your booking will be subject to the rules imposed by the supplier.

7. Other Restrictions
  1. CFAR may not be offered on every purchase offered on the Site. HTS reserves the right to deny the purchase of CFAR to any customer for any lawful reason.
  2. Except as otherwise explicitly provided in these CFAR Terms, CFAR is only valid for the booking for which Serko.ai offered it on. CFAR is not transferable and cannot be carried over to any future bookings.
8. Not Insurance

Subject to the restrictions and exclusions described above, CFAR allows bookings purchased on the Site to be canceled for any reason without incurring additional fees. HTS offers its customers CFAR to provide a more seamless and flexible booking experience. The CFAR Terms are not intended to constitute an offer to insure, do not constitute insurance or an insurance contract, and do not take the place of insurance obtained or obtainable by you such as travel insurance or coverage which can be obtained via purchases made with a credit card.

9. Modification

HTS may make changes or updates to these CFAR Terms at any time, at its discretion. HTS will provide notice of such changes by publishing an amended version of these CFAR Terms on the Site.
