We want to make sure that the research initiatives you participate in are a good fit for your role, organisation and travel program size and shape so we can’t guarantee that everyone registered will end up participating. We will reach out with user testing when it’s relevant to you based on the criteria you select on sign-up.

We use a combination of quantitative and qualitative to research, ideate, develop and validate. You may be invited to participate in online surveys, general user-testing or sometimes more in-depth interviews or customer forums. All of these are important parts of the overall product innovation and development lifecycle, and it is ultimately your choice to opt-in to the activities that are most interesting.
