We are seeking an experienced Application Manager to lead our support operations for GetThere, a multi-GDS online booking tool serving thousands of corporate clients globally.

Make an impact

GetThere is a multi-GDS online booking tool that powers travel sites for thousands of corporations worldwide. This team is responsible for answering the day-to-day cases of GetThere customer sites. This role involves both hands-on case management and overseeing a growing support team based in Bangalore.

What you'll get to do

  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the Bangalore-based support team, ensuring efficient handling of day-to-day customer cases related to the GetThere platform.
  • Case Management: Directly engage in resolving complex customer issues, providing high-quality support and solutions.
  • Process Optimization: Develop and implement support protocols to enhance team performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with global teams to align support strategies and share best practices.
  • Reporting: Monitor support metrics and prepare regular reports to inform management decisions.

What you'll bring

  • Proven experience in managing application support teams, preferably in the travel or SaaS industry.
  • Travel industry / GDS (Sabre, Amadeus, Travelport) knowledge
  • Excellent handling of Microsoft Office Tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
  • Effective communication and leadership abilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.​
