Working within a highly supportive team, you will shape the application experience layer—building the web apps, BFFs, and orchestration services that connect our platform directly to the customer. With light-touch guidance, you will elevate the craft, accessibility, and quality of our user-facing products.

What you'll do

• Collaborate and Connect: Partner warmly with our Product, Design, and Engineering teams to foster a highly supportive, communicative, and high-standard work environment.
• Keep the Customer at Heart: Deeply understand the problems our customers face, ensuring that every feature we craft brings meaningful value and a positive experience to their day.
• Shape the Journey: Help us break down big, complex ideas into bite-sized, achievable milestones with clear, easy-to-understand goals.
• Craft Beautiful Experiences: Take ownership of bringing features to life. You’ll implement designs thoughtfully and accessibly, caring about the small details—like how a screen looks when it's loading or when an error occurs.
• Bridge the Gap: Build and nurture the backend connections (using Python) that allow your front-end features to run smoothly and seamlessly.
• Explore AI Together: Weave cutting-edge AI features into our platform in a way that feels reliable, transparent, and seamless for the user, embracing AI-assisted tools to empower your own daily workflow.
• Lead with Empathy: Gently guide and lead smaller projects. You will plan the work, facilitate team check-ins, and keep everyone aligned and moving forward together.
• Make Empowered Decisions: Feel trusted to make confident decisions on the fly, while knowing you always have a supportive team to lean on for the bigger, tougher calls.
• Care for Your Code: Support what you build even after it goes live. You will safely deploy your work, monitor its health, and ensure it's truly helping our users.

What you'll bring

• A Strong Foundation: Solid, hands-on experience building user-friendly frontend features using React, Next.js, and TypeScript, paired with comfort in building backend APIs (we use Python, but other languages are welcome!).
