Right now, we’re looking for a Head of Organisational Development with a mission to unlock the potential of our teams and accelerate our high-performance, innovative culture.

Requirements

This is a new role reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, this is a global role that will drive strategic initiatives, to boldly go beyond and challenge the status quo to enhance organizational effectiveness, talent and enterprise capability development, and business performance.

All with a focus on unlocking the human potential within the Serko teams and systems to win together.


What will you do -

  • Help build an adaptive organisation: Lead change initiatives across multiple territories and levels to help create greater agility and impact to deliver products and work better, sooner, and more intelligently.   
  • Define and grow our future skills: Orchestrate design thinking-led programmes aligned to our guiding principles and long-range business goals that grow the best teams, help us leverage emerging technologies and practices, and enhance talent density.
  • Grow our people and culture data intelligence: Act as consultant that credibly connects the latest research and our business’ commercial opportunities to create insight and advisory that creates the capability to give us competitive advantage.

What you’ll bring to the team -

  • Strong academic background and evidence of a continuous learning ethic around leading practices, global trends. Bachelor's degree in human resources, Organisational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
  • Extensive experience in leading successful organisational development, change management, and leadership development programmes
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, working collaborative across enterprises
  • Executive influence and storytelling capability. Excellent communication and relationship management skills. A credible representive on our brand externally.
  • Ability and willingness to flex to the jobs that need doing: from strategic positioning to detailed analysis.
  • Experience with Design Led Thinking methodologies, and or product development would be a plus!
  • A passion for technology
