The purpose of this role is to support (existing) and onboard (new) customers to Serko’s Expense Management Tool (Zeno Expense), preparing them for continued success (operational proficiency) with our products.



What you will be doing

  • Managing client issues via our issue tracking systems
  • Managing existing client upgrades
  • Managing new customer Implementations end-to-end
  • Resolving client problems and queries in an effective and timely manner
  • Client requirement gathering
  • Project management and coordination
  • Completing configuration and importing of data for corporate clients according to their corporate structure, expense policies, partner and supplier connections
  • Testing and validating the accuracy of the configuration against client requirements. Report any issues found in the software to the development team.
  • Liaise with the Serko Product Delivery team to provide customer feedback and highlight product improvement opportunities
  • Documenting and executing program configurations and specifications

What you will bring

  • Experience with Expense Management Software
  • Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Taking a methodical approach to work with an eye for detail in order to maintain a high level of quality
  • Passionate learner dedicated to the mastery of Zeno product knowledge and willing to continually improve
  • Critical thinking, problem solving and analytical skills
  • Strong focus on delivering optimal customer experience
  • Strong ability to converse with both end-users and IT people at all levels of the organization
  • Proven ability to effectively problem solve and technically test solutions
