About the role

This is an exciting opportunity for a 12 month fixed term maternity leave cover to join a close-knit team of 8. We are looking for someone who loves variety, is customer focused and thrives on providing excellent employee experience. At its core, this role is a key face of the PPC team, provides operational support to ensure a smooth and efficient delivery of HR processes and procedures as well as supporting programmatic work across PPC. In a nutshell, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Supporting the PPC onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Owning operational PPC communications
  • Employee culture surveys
  • Working with HR Data (incl. reporting, analysis, dashboard, etc)
  • Operationally supporting HR projects (eg. performance and remuneration Reviews)
  • System maintenance (incl. HRIS, LMS, Survey tools)

This is a full-time position for 12 months, for the right candidate, we are open to reduced or flexible hours within our hybrid work environment.

About you

  • Solid Experience in a busy and varied Operational HR role, preferably gained within the technology or a similar fast-paced sector
  • Experience with HR Data and insights creation (Power BI exposure would be a real bonus!)
  • Experience supporting HR projects and continuous HR improvement initiatives
  • Experience in maintaining and creation of HR policies
  • Knowledge of basic employment and privacy law
  • Attention to detail (this is essential in working with our data)
  • Technology savvy with strong experience using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Forms
  • HR Systems experience ((incl. HRIS, ATS, LMS, Survey tools) preferably with BambooHR, Workable, Udemy, CultureAmp
