Unused Tickets in Group Booking


Somewhere, there is a mountain of credit building up in unused tickets with your travellers’ names on them. Its money in the bank … as long as you use them. You know its out there. You chip away at it while doing your Serko Online quick bookings. (You are already using Serko Online, right?) But too many are ending up in the giant fish bowl in the sky.

If you are a booker with so many travellers and credits to organise in bulk, its just too many to sort through one by one, then meet “Group Booking v3.12.6.10726”, or “Ol’ 10726” as I like to call it. Nerdy name, but don’t let that stop you.

In this latest upgrade, we have enhanced the already awesome Group Booking tool to automatically assign unused tickets in bulk to the travellers in your group import - based on either the highest value or soonest expiry, while still leaving you with the opportunity to manually modify or make new selections during the booking process.
