29 April 2014, Serko, the Australasian leader in online travel booking and expense management for business, today announced that Tim Nichols has been appointed to the role of Chief Product Officer.
Nichols, who has more than 15 years’ product marketing experience, was most recently Vice President of Marketing at Endace, based in San Francisco. Prior to leading marketing at Endace, he was an integral part of the highly successful team that built the 2degrees Mobile brand in New Zealand.
In his new role as Chief Product Officer, Tim will have responsibility for Serko’s product management, product marketing and corporate marketing activities.

Nichols has been a contract member of the team since November 2013 and takes his role from 1st April.
